Studio Apartment
With 450 square feet of space, our studio apartments offer a large spacious room that can comfortably accommodate two adults (and one child below 6 years in the same bed).
The serviced studio apartments come with a fully-equipped kitchenette, an indoor sitting area, and a balcony sit-out overlooking the pool or palm trees.
Daily housekeeping available: 9.30am-12.30pm and 3.30pm-6.30pm. Additional housekeeping is possible subject to availability at minimal extra charges.
Occupancy: 2 (Maximum 3 including 1 child below 6 years)
The stay of a child of under 6 years old sharing the same bed with his or her parents will be complimentary.

One Bedroom Apartment
The one-bedroom serviced apartments with 750 square feet of space make them an ideal accommodation space for a family or group of four. The apartments consist of a bedroom plus a separate living and dining area.
The bedroom has its own Air-Conditioner, Balcony and Study Table.
The Living and Dining area come with a fully-equipped kitchenette. This area has its own Air-Conditioner.
The apartments also come with a foldable sofa-cum-bed in the living area and two spacious balcony sit outs. The poolside balcony comes with clothes drying stand and overlook the neighbouring palm trees or the swimming pool.
Daily housekeeping available: 9.30am-12.30pm and 3.30pm-6.30pm. Additional housekeeping is possible subject to availability at minimal extra charge.
Occupancy: 2 (Maximum 5 including 1 child below 6 years)
The stay of a child of under 6 years old sharing the same bed with his or her parents will be complimentary.
The stay of children above the age of 6 or 2 additional adults in the serviced apartment will be charged at INR 1000 per person per day including breakfast.

Enjoy our complimentary Breakfast Buffet in our open-air dining area near the pool between 8am - 10am.Breakfast items include vegetarian options like chole bhature, puri aloo, parantha, along with the egg option as per the menu of the day. Cereal, milk, fruit, tea and coffee will also be served as well.
For other meals, eat out at various Goan restaurants and shacks like Jamming Goat, Cota Cozinha, Ziggy’s, Martin’s Corner,, Pentagon, Fishka, Camron, Zeebop and more which are all in close proximity.
